How can admin reports be scheduled ?

Please follow below steps to schedule an admin report:

Step 1: Go to Admin >> Admin Reports.

Step 2: Find the report you want to schedule and click on “Scheduled“. New window opens.

Step 3: Choose for whom you want to send the report- “Association Committee + Office Staff“, “Only Owners” or “All Users“.

Note: In case of “Association Committee + Office Staff” , You can select specific members or office staff to send the report mail.

Step 4: Choose Frequency as Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

Step 5: Select time when you want the email to trigger.

Step 6: Click ‘Create New Schedule‘.

Hence the report auto-triggers as per the schedule.
