Step 1: After Signing in, check the left side Icon panel & click on Helpdesk.
Step 2 : Click on “+” on the right bottom.
Step 3 : Select the Category accordingly from the drop down list available. Choose either Personal (or) Community option.
Note : If you choose personal, that means the complaint is specify to your flat only, Community means the complaint is common problem & the updates on this ticket will be received by all the other residents. By choosing community, duplicate complaints can be restricted.
Step 4 : Provide the complaint details & attach a file/pic under Issue(If required).
Step 5: If the issue is urgent, check mark “This is urgent!” for quick turn around on your ticket.
Step 6: Click submit button.
