Users can use Helpdesk module to lodge a ticket, instead of sending email to the MC Group Mail ID for any issues/Complaints.
Helpdesk helps to categorize the issues and mine intelligence. Also helps to escalate critical issues and assign MC/Office Staff wise ownership automatically. MC Group Email Id is to be used only for discussions within the MC team.
